Beheld Massage was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel truly seen and cared for, not just physically touched. I’m Angela Herman, a licensed massage therapist based in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and I built this practice around the idea that massage should be more than a transaction — it should be a moment where you’re allowed to fully exhale. My path here wasn’t a straight line. Massage therapy called to me after 26 years of working in the stressful corporate world while constantly being drawn toward wellness practices like Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and that background shapes how I work today. I blend classic Swedish relaxation techniques with cupping therapy and an understanding of the body through both Western and TCM lenses — because sometimes what your muscles need and your energy level needs are the same thing. Beheld Massage operates in three ways, so you can find me wherever works best for you. My home studio is a warm, intentional space I just finished renovating so every detail feels considered. I also offer chair massage through a local chiropractic office for those quick resets during a busy week, and I bring mobile massage to events for people who want to treat their guests (or themselves) to something special. What sets Beheld apart isn’t just technique — its presence. I have what people describe as a “sunny,” warm energy, and I genuinely love connecting with the people I work on. You’re not rushed through a script here. Sessions are built around you: your tension patterns, your goals, whether you need deep pressure or a slow unwind. I ask questions, I listen, and I adjust. The name “Beheld” carries a double meaning that matters to me: to be held, physically and gently, and to be truly seen — understood, not just processed. That’s the experience I want every client to walk away with. I earned my Wisconsin LMT license after completing my massage therapy program with a 4.0 GPA, and I take continuing education seriously — especially around integrative approaches to bodywork. Beheld Massage LLC is a registered Wisconsin business, and I treat this practice with the same care and professionalism I bring to every session. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Beheld Massage your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the time set aside for your service, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. No shows or same day cancellations may also be required to pay the cancellation fee before booking any future appointments.
